According to General Rules article 10, the participation fees are the following:

€ 300 admission fee

Participation fee, “Early Bird” discount, within 31/10/2024:
- € 210/sq.m for exhibition surfaces up to 100 sq.m
- € 194/sq.m for exhibition surfaces from 101 and 200 sq.m
- € 178/sq.m for exhibition surfaces exceeding 200 sq.m

Participation fee starting from 1/11/2024:
- € 225/sq.m for exhibition surfaces up to 100 sq.m
- € 209/sq.m for exhibition surfaces from 101 and 200 sq.m
- € 191/sq.m for exhibition surfaces exceeding 200 sq.m

Increase of 10% for stand with 2 open sides, increase of 15% for stand with 3 open sides, increase of 20% for stand with 4 open sides

Services fee:
€ 14/sq.m Include: stand ceaning, equipment of fire-extinguishers according to Law, Single Property Fee, Activation of a 32A/400V 3P+N+T CEE socket up to 10kW of installed power, WI-FI connection in the pavilion, parking cards, DIGITAL PLATFORM, royalties

€ 200 for each exhibited company and/or indicated in the Application Form
(only for Agents, Representatives, Branches, Dealers)
VAT as er Law, if due, will be added to the total of the above amounts.
